About
Philosophy of care
The most important attribute of a medical doctor and their philosophy of care is the ability to communicate. I am a relatable, easy to approach, accessible doctor. I am very active on the LVHN portal and take pride in being available to my patients.
Why I entered medicine
I entered medicine quite simply to help in my community. The medical field provides the vehicle by which we can move our community to a brighter and healthier future.
Community involvement
During my medical training, my father was diagnosed with ALS (Lou Gehrig's disease). It is a progressive disease that has really shaped my own medical practices, how I treat my patients and my involvement in community affairs. I am currently active with a local ALS association.
Personal interests
In my spare time I enjoy playing sports, especially basketball (I'm 6'6"). Also, two years ago I rescued a German shepherd puppy. His name is Butters, and you can find us walking at Trexler Park among other places. I hope to see my patients out there walking as well.
