About
Philosophy of care
I strive to do my best each and every day. I treat my patients the same way I would treat my family. My patients and I work together to determine a treatment plan that works for their particular needs. I understand that not everyone enjoys having dental treatment, and try to make our appointments as comfortable as possible.
Why I entered medicine
Dentistry sparked my interest as a child when my mother worked as a dental assistant. Sometimes I would spend time at the office where she worked, waiting for a ride home after an activity at school. If I had to do a science project or write a research paper, I often chose a topic related to dentistry. I love that dentistry combines so many of my interests, from medicine to business to art. I also have the opportunity to interact with and learn from so many amazing people and their families on a regular basis.
Community involvement
Some of my outreach activities include a dental mission trip to Venezuela, providing oral cancer screenings at community events, and participating in no-cost dental treatment days.
Personal interests
My family and I enjoy traveling, music and going for walks with our dog.
