About
Philosophy of care
I provide you with compassionate, high-quality, patient-centered care. I find patient involvement, trust and respect are key to delivering optimal dentistry. I commit myself to rigorous and innovative continuing education to provide patients a wide range of treatment options suited to their individual needs.
Why I entered medicine
While asked how I came to love teeth, I can honestly say I came to love people first. My passion sparked while assisting a fantastic group of dentists during a mission trip in Haiti shortly after the 2010 Port-au-Prince earthquake. Seeing their love for dentistry, and more importantly, their empathy for people, inspired me. Dentistry is a distinctive combination of art, science and engineering that appeals to my personal interests and particular strengths. But the very best part is being entrusted with the care of another person. I am so grateful to serve my patients year after year, getting glimpses into their lives while having the pleasure of caring for their smiles.
Community involvement
I have volunteered at free dental clinics Mom-n-PA and Dentistry From The Heart, as well as with the Montgomery County and Philadelphia medical reserve corps.
Personal interests
Outside of dentistry I enjoy horseback riding, singing and cooking. I am pursuing a master’s degree in public health at Dartmouth College with an anticipated 2023 graduation.
