About

Philosophy of care

I treat my patients as I would like to be treated, carefully listening to their problems and concerns. As physicians, we must always do the right thing. Excellent patient care requires attention to detail with a high standard of ethical/moral practice.

Why I entered medicine

Medicine requires the right combination of scientific knowledge and compassion. Surgery allows me to care for all aspects of patients, and colorectal surgery has a wide breadth of procedures and diseases, making it a fascinating field.

Community involvement

My start in medicine began as a volunteer EMT for over 10 years. I am a graduate of Lehigh University, and my wife and I have moved back to the Lehigh Valley, excited to make it our home and meet the members of this great community.

Personal interests

Outside of my medical/research interests, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling and trying new foods. I also enjoy exercise and outdoor activities.
