About

Philosophy of care

I treat all my patients like family and want them to feel comfortable coming to me with any issues, judgment free. I believe our relationship should be collaborative. My goal is to give them the tools needed by listening to them, offering guidance and empowering them to achieve their goals. I believe preventive medicine is the best medicine and try to focus on helping my patients to stay well.

Why I entered medicine

I entered medicine because I wanted to help people become the best versions of themselves. I love meeting new people every day and getting to know them and their families on a personal level.

Community involvement

I volunteer through my local church and animal shelter.

Personal interests

I love exercising daily on my Peloton as well as spending time with my two small children, husband and our dog, Oliver. In my free time, I also enjoy gardening, being outside and reading.
