About
Philosophy of care
One of the most important factors in patient care is building a trusting relationship. I strive to keep my patients educated and informed while encouraging their participation throughout their care. I hope each one feels heard and leaves knowing I will always have their best interests at heart.
Why I entered medicine
My passion for medicine started at a young age after watching a family member go through a life-changing surgery. Their medical team treated the patient and our family with compassion and empathy while keeping us informed and easing our worries. I knew then I wanted to be the one to provide compassion and empathy for others in my care during the hardest of times.
Community involvement
One of the blessings of working in medicine is that it allows me to give back to the community both in and out of the office. My volunteering interests have included providing vaccinations at multiple clinics, assisting at senior care homes and a medical mission trip to Guatemala.
Personal interests
I love spending time outside during both the summer and winter, whether on the beach or the ski slopes. Spending time with my family and friends is something I value most.
