Application Information

The Vascular Neurology Fellowship at Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) accepts one fellow annually into our one-year training program. Each fellow will start at PGY-5.

Application Preferences

• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited adult neurology residency program.
• Eligibility requirements – LVHN Fellowship program.
• All required clinical education for entry into ACGME-accredited fellowship programs must be completed in an ACGME-accredited residency program, an AOA-approved residency program, a program with ACGME International (ACGME-I) Advanced Specialty Accreditation, or a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada-accredited or College of Family Physicians of Canada-accredited residency program located in Canada.
• J-1 and H-1B visas available.
• We do NOT offer observerships or externships.

Application Process

Applications for fellowship are accepted only through ERAS (Electronic Residency Application Service).

• The application deadline is March 30.
• Interviews will be held January through March.
