Application information

The surgery program at Lehigh Valley Health Network accepts one applicant annually into our five-year training program.

Application preferences

• Applications for fellowship are accepted only through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS).
• The application deadline is Oct. 15.
• Interviews will be held fall and winter.
