SummaryCreates and manages data sets compiled from multiple systems. Creates data presentations on a regular basis for company leadership and partners with team members and colleagues to understand and prioritize data requests. Establishes and maintains data quality procedures to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data. Manages differing sets of data requests and analytics. Builds consistency of reporting metrics through requirements gathering, initial analysis, and application of up-to-date practices, collaborating with stakeholders to produce meaningful data. The Analyst is a resource for benchmark data and provider recruitment trends. Represents and is accountable for Provider Recruitment data which includes managing applicant tracking system and all other job boards.
Job Duties
- Accountable for all Provider Recruitment data/reporting/analysis as well as managing the applicant tracking system and all other job boards and databases.
- Collecting and interpreting data and identifying patterns and trends in data sets. Develop, test and implement new business metrics.
- Translate business requirements into technical architectures.
- Analyze and report on provider network data, including competitive network disruption reports.
- Analyze and make technical recommendations as they pertain to reports of processes to improve efficiencies.
- Engage with business leaders, end users, and team members to develop deep understanding of the business and its needs. Work cross functionally to drive results. Anticipate requests and problem solve.
- Consulting, maintenance and testing of systems. Work in production as needed.
- Deliver reports and insights to organizational leaders in response to business questions. Work with the management team to create a prioritized list of needs for corporate and each business segment/company.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5 years Data reporting and analysis experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and communication/presentation skills.
- Comfort working collaboratively across several key groups and presenting data, analysis, trends, benchmarks, etc.
- Functioning in a Subject Matter Expert capacity and being able to present data differently so that the recipient understands it in a way that relates to their campus, practice, department, etc. Create synergies amongst key stakeholders.
- Ensure provider recruitment data is up to date in real time and accurate. Focus on efficiencies and standardization.
- Exceptional time management skills and demonstrated experience prioritizing requests in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications- 2 years Experience with iCIMS applicant tracking system and
- 3 years Data reporting and analysis experience within healthcare
- Previous analysis experience specifically with provider recruitment.
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
