In a General Surgery Specialty Program Coordinator career with LVHN, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Support and coordinate all aspects of specialty program development and patient engagement.
- Identify and resolve clinical issues that affect patient care, clinical efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Make programmatic improvements related to outcomes through collaboration, project management, and performance improvement.
- Ensure patient, staff, and community education including care coordination across the continuum and record keeping.

Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP)
- A Valid Pennsylvania Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
- Strong medical and surgical background, 2 years required
- Geriatric Surgical Care, 1-2 years preferred
- Caring for Ostomy patients, 1-2 years preferred
- Program oversight, 1-2 years preferred
