Qualifications
- A network champion for Interventional Spine/Pain Management and a passion for the clinical work
- Training including non-ACGME Interventional Spine/ACGME Pain Medicine or equivalent, and accredited residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Experience in Electrodiagnostic optional
