SummaryTechnical expert in one or more highly specialized areas of event reporting system. Provides technical leadership in area(s) of specialization on projects as required. Acts as subject matter expert in a business and/or functional areas to help the users in defining their need. Develops or modifies procedures to solve complex problems utilizing their knowledge of their area(s) of specialization. Instructs, directs and checks the work of others as it relates to their area of specialization. Assumes overall responsibility, including direction of others, for projects of all sizes and complexity. Interacts with I/S and vendors as required.
Job Duties
- Act as System Administrator for RL Solutions application demonstrating high degree of technical competence to support the operational and strategic objectives of LVHN.
- Analyzes complex work processes, feasibility of small to large project requests, and troubleshoots operational problems.
- Demonstrates ability to manage projects with minimal supervision and direction.
- Provide education to fellow employees and Physicians.
- Support fellow employees and Physicians on software usage and act as liaison between I/S and vendor as needed.
- Utilizes effective communication skills in interpersonal interactions with fellow employees, Physicians and vendor.
- Working with I/S develop and test Disaster Recovery procedures.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s Degree Work requires the level of knowledge that exceeds basic understanding of the software used to collect vital data that is utilized to maintain regulatory and quality requirements.

- 5 years focused software admin.
- Configure the software to meet organizational requirements. Excellent analytical and organizational skills
- Annual attendance at software manufacturer conference.
- Ongoing resource utilization through information provided via software manufacturer.
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree Degree/certificate in related field of Computer Science or Information Management.
- Knowledge of: software functionality and features, software configuration capabilities and tools, user roles and scope for configuration and maintenance, alert configuration and maintenance, report generation and auto report configuration and maintenance.
Physical DemandsLift and carry 7 lbs., continuous sitting >67%, frequent keyboard use/repetitive motion, frequent fine motor activity/wrist position deviation.
