LVPG Infectious Diseases–1255 Cedar Crest is located across the street from Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest in Allentown. You can choose either an in-person appointment or a video visit for your initial consultation. At the time of an in-person visit, you can receive travel vaccines and we will write you prescriptions for any necessary medications. If you choose a video visit, we can schedule a convenient time to come in to receive any necessary vaccines, and prescription medications are sent to your preferred pharmacy.
To schedule an in-person appointment or video visit, call 888-402-LVHN or schedule directly with one of our doctors.
Consultation and some immunizations for the purpose of travel typically are not covered by insurance companies. However, we will make an effort to submit for reimbursement any vaccines that we can, based on your insurance plan. Any fees not covered by your insurance are expected to be paid at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, American Express, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.
We welcome travel groups. Please call our office at 888-402-LVHN to speak with one of our staff to set up additional time and accommodations for your group.
