Comprehensive treatment led by a multidisciplinary team of experts
Our team has extensive experience helping people lose weight and keep it off. Our team includes:

- Behavioral health specialists to help you change your approach to eating and address the underlying emotional triggers that could be contributing to your relationship with food.
- Registered dietitians who work with you to implement an eating plan that considers your medical history, lifestyle and food preferences.
- Exercise physiologists who create an activity plan to meet your health goals.
Your plan may include a wide range of treatments, including behavior modification, dietary changes and weight-loss medications. Weight loss is not a one-time fix. Our team will be with you for the long term, helping you achieve your ideal health and well-being.
Medical weight-management program options
The first step in your journey will be to meet with a lifestyle coordinator who will review your medical history and weight-loss goals and discuss our program options.
We offer the following medical weight-management programs, all designed to help you lose weight – and keep it off.
This is a dietitian-led program that focuses on nutrition and behavioral changes along with increased activity to promote weight loss. This program includes:
- Regular meetings with your dietitian
- No weight-loss medication
- Referral to a behavioral health specialist or clinician as appropriate
In this program, you will meet with one of our clinicians (physician or nurse practitioner) to follow a prescribed weight-loss plan that focuses on nutrition and behavioral changes along with increased physical activity. This program includes:
- Initial history and physical with your clinician
- Medical follow-up visits
- Weight-loss medications may be offered
This program is a holistic approach to weight loss where you replace your meals with Bariatric Advantage meal-replacement products while working with weight-loss experts to learn about nutrition and behavior change to improve your health. After 24 weeks in the Change Your Weigh meal-replacement program, participants typically not only lose up to 20 percent of their weight, they also lower their risk for weight-related conditions such as diabetes, high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
