Colleague Support and Well-Being Benefits
At Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN), our colleagues are our most important asset. LVHN’s health and wellness benefits recognize and support the contributions of our 23,000 health care professionals.
LVHN’s comprehensive health and wellness benefits support your physical, emotional, financial, social, spiritual, intellectual, environmental and occupational wellness. LVHN fosters a workplace culture that makes it easy for you to be at your best in all aspects of life because you and your family deserve benefits that make life better.
Benefits are available to all eligible colleagues. Select benefits also are available to eligible dependents on the LVHN Health Plan.

The LVHN Employee Health Plan’s machine-readable files (MRFs), required under the Transparency in Coverage Rule established by the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services, Labor and the Treasury, may be accessed Opens in new tab here. The files include negotiated rates that exist between the health plan and in-network providers (“In-Network Rates” files) for items and services covered by the health plan as well as historical data showing payment amounts for covered items and services furnished by out-of-network providers and paid by the health plan (called the “Allowed Amounts” files). The MRFs also contain a link to the negotiated rates in place with a leased network for claims that process for that leased network’s participating providers (available from this download in the “Table of Contents Files” section).
