About

Philosophy of care

I focus on knowing that I can make a difference in someone’s life and help them to remain healthy or improve their health and help them heal. Even when I can’t, I will be there to support my patient and his or her family.

Why I entered medicine

I am active in treating chronic wounds and work to heal these without surgery or amputation if possible. I have suffered personal issues with infertility and polycystic ovarian syndrome, and so I have a passion to help couples diagnose and treat these issues. I published a book called "Overcoming Infertility: A Personal Perspective," which covers the emotional, financial and family support issues of this very difficult diagnosis.
