About

Philosophy of care

My philosophy is deeply rooted in a holistic approach emphasizing prevention, quality of life and lifestyle medicine. I believe effective health care goes beyond treating illnesses; it involves educating and empowering patients to make informed decisions. By focusing on preventive measures and promoting healthy lifestyle choices, I help my patients achieve and maintain optimal well-being. I am committed to personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each individual, long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.

Why I entered medicine

I was inspired to enter medicine by the exceptional care I experienced in my hometown. Watching our local clinicians’ dedication and compassion made a deep impression on me and sparked my passion for this field. Their genuine ability to improve the lives of their patients and support the community was incredibly motivating. The experience steered me toward a career blending my love of science with a commitment to helping others, ultimately leading me to family medicine.

Community involvement

I volunteer at free clinics and participate in health education workshops. I also coach children in martial arts. These activities allow me to make a positive impact beyond my medical practice and support the well-being of my community.

Personal interests

I enjoy activities that keep me active and engaged. I am an avid sports enthusiast and love outdoor activities like hiking and camping. Traveling is a passion of mine, as it allows me to experience different cultures. Most importantly, I cherish time with my family, my greatest source of support and joy.
