About

Philosophy of care

Urology involves complex, personal issues, so I listen carefully to you prior to devising your treatment plan. Also, I am a member of a genitourinary cancer multidisciplinary consultation team. Together we review patients' diagnostic information and provide written opinions reflecting conditions and recommendations for care.

Why I entered medicine

My mother became ill when I was in college, and that’s what inspired me to become a physician. I chose to specialize in urologic oncology to help patients find healing where there was suffering.

Community involvement

I have helped conduct annual prostate cancer education and free prostate cancer screenings in the community.

Personal interests

I have two young children. My free time involves spending quality time with them at museums, aquariums or wherever our family can have fun.
