About

Philosophy of care

My approach to medicine involves building a meaningful relationship with you and each of the others in my care. As Sir William Osler, often credited as the father of medicine, advised his students: "Listen to the patient, he is giving you the diagnosis." I meet patients where they are to provide them comprehensive, evidence-based care on their journey to becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.

Why I entered medicine

I've wanted to be a doctor since I was a child. The reason is very simple: I want to help people. Medicine allows me to do that in a very tangible way.

Community involvement

I participated in a U.S. Centers for Disease Control influenza surveillance at a sentinel site from 2018-2021. Such studies help monitor the impact of influenza.

Personal interests

I enjoy spending free time with close friends and family. I also enjoy reading, swimming and going on long walks.
