About

Philosophy of care

I strongly believe in partnering with my patients to achieve their health care goals. I focus on age appropriate preventive health care for all my patients which will enable them to stay healthy and lead productive lives. Patient education is equally important to me since I can share information that may help a patient alter his or her lifestyle and improve their health.

Why I entered medicine

I was inspired to enter medicine by my father and grandfather who were both physicians.

Community involvement

I coach my daughter’s middle school Science Olympiad team. My husband and I donate to Doctors Without Borders which is an organization that works all over the world to provide health care services in areas of conflict and natural disasters. I have also organized food drives in the past to help local pantries.

Personal interests

I love traveling and spending time with family
