Many of our current administrative leaders are past fellows who welcome the opportunity to work with the next generation of healthcare leaders.
Where is the fellowship located?
The program is based in Allentown, Pa., and is a full-time on-site position. If hired, the incoming fellow should be prepared to relocate to the Allentown area and travel to various sites throughout the LVHN network should the opportunity arise.
Do administrative fellows play a role in structuring their program?
Fellows have the opportunity to tailor their fellowship experience to their interests and needs by collaborating with their program director and rotation leads. There is also time built into the schedule to serve as elective rotations in which the fellow can choose where they dedicate their time.
