Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship Benefits

The following program-specific benefits are offered to Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) child/adolescent psychiatry fellows in addition to the graduate medical education (GME)-wide salary and benefits.

  • Four weeks of vacation
    • Up to five additional days of paid time off (PTO) per academic year to attend conferences if you are accepted to present.
    • All PGY-3 and PGY-4 residents will be given up to five additional PTO days for interviewing for fellowship or future employment to be used in PGY-3 or PGY-4 or split among both years.
  • $1,500 toward approved continuing education funds per year
  • Meal allowance
  • Paid initial ALS/BLS certification
  • Annual “wellness activity” funds
  • Free access to fitness centers
  • Access to Employee Assistance Program
