Job Duties
- Manages nursing staff and clinical support team members directly or indirectly.
- Identifies and analyzes trends across services in customer satisfaction and patient experience, clinical quality outcomes, patient safety, and cost.
- Collaborates to understand external market financial, economic, and industry data identifying market opportunities and threats.
- Provides recommendations for continuous improvement taking into account market demands, regulatory standards, patient safety, and changes in clinical practice.
- Contributes to the development of and implementation of processes to collect relevant clinical and financial indicator data.
- Identifies, reduces, and eliminates barriers within the system which may negatively impact cost and quality of services.
- Coordinates mandatory clinical education and plans in-services and education within the practice in collaboration with clinical services.
Minimum Qualifications- Associate’s Degree from an Accredited School of Nursing as an RN and
- 5 years In a clinical setting and
- Excellent computer skills including electronic medical record (EMR), word processing (Microsoft Word), PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of best clinical practices.

Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
