SummaryCrafts and implements internal/external communications plans to support important network initiatives and marketing campaigns, senior leadership visibility, voice and message, and colleague and community brand engagement. Devises key messages and innovative storytelling methods for digital (websites, email, social, video), print (publications, ads), and corporate (presentations, remarks, media). Ensures content voice, tone, and style; serves as a writer, editor, and content optimization expert across multiple internal/external channels to support marketing, communications, and public affairs goals.
Job Duties
- Serves as a writer and editor to support internal/external communication plans, marketing campaigns, and public affairs initiatives.
- Develops internal/external communication plans and implements communication strategies to support important network initiatives and senior leadership requests.
- Serves as a content optimization expert across multiple channels.
- Serves as a steward of network and department resources.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in communications, journalism, or related field.
- 3 years in communications and marketing.
- Excellent storyteller, writer, and communicator.
- Progressive thinker about strategic communication and engagement.
- Strong project management skills.
- Understands brand experience and its role in colleague communications and consumer marketing.
- Keeps up-to-date with changing approaches/technology and continually hones skills.
- Ability to recommend and implement innovative tools. Creative thinking to increase reach and engagement of internal and external communication campaigns.
Physical DemandsLift and carry 25 lbs. frequent sitting/standing, frequent keyboard use, *patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
