Welcome to the Lehigh Valley Health Network (LVHN) Addiction Medicine Fellowship.

The LVHN Addiction Medicine Fellowship Program is founded on a common commitment to advance the health of communities we have the honor of serving. The care delivery to do this must be culturally proficient, trauma-informed and patient- and community-centered. Furthermore, the learning environment to develop the addiction medicine physician leaders who will innovate future systems in this care delivery must maintain these same principles.

The LVHN Addiction Medicine Fellowship seeks to recruit a diverse group of fellows committed to training in an innovative training program with an interconnected learning environment. Situated within LVHN, the fellowship provides training that bridges both academia as well as community. Community partnerships and programming enhance the broad training of fellows to create the future leaders in community health.

We seek motivated, engaged applicants to train in a unique setting that establishes the foundation to build their tomorrows.
