- Unsurpassed experience
We are committed to giving you a five-star experience wherever and whenever you receive care at LVHN.
Guided by our values
When you’re with us, our hope is that you feel our core values:
- Compassion
- Integrity
- Collaboration
- Excellence
If you share our values and are interested in joining our team, we invite you to explore career opportunities at LVHN.
Equity and inclusion
Deeply embedded in our values is our drive to provide equitable care. Everyone – regardless of race, color, creed or sexual orientation – deserves the best possible care. LVHN’s Actions Against Racism and Advancing Equity Council is taking our efforts to the next level. Members of this team are taking meaningful steps to:
- Prioritize and include diversity, equity and inclusion perspectives in all our initiatives
- Increase the proportion of LVHN colleagues and leaders from underrepresented groups
- Invite colleagues to share their experiences about racial equity at LVHN
Supporting your experience with technology
While our people create your care experience, technology supports your experience. Here are examples:
- For patients with COVID-19 or a chronic disease, our CARES program lets patients live at home with the peace of mind knowing their condition is being monitored every day. Using a kit that records vital signs, patients log in to MyLVHN to document their readings and answer questions about symptoms. Information is reviewed by a nurse. If needed, the nurse contacts the patient or provides the information to a physician for review.
- The ER at LVH–Cedar Crest is the first in the United States to use the Ease ER app. It allows families to follow a loved one’s emergency room progress right on their phone from anywhere in the world.
Comfortable place to heal
Sometimes you need a quiet place to find peace, solitude and comfort. The new healing garden at LVH–Cedar Crest is such a place. It features a massive mural featuring scenes of nature and provides a quiet space where patients, families and colleagues can go to nurse their souls and heal.
